Ruby Red Tangerine Spritz
5oz Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water
1 Whole Kiwi
2 Basil Leaves
Kiwi Slice
Watermelon Slice
Peel kiwi and muddle with basil leaves and 2oz Waterloo Watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake to chill. Pour into glass with a fine mesh strainer and stir to get all the infused liquid out. Top with an additional 1oz Waterloo Watermelon. Garnish with slice of kiwi and watermelon.
For a happy hour version, add 1 oz gin or vodka to shaker.
