Our inspiration for Black Cherry was premium Luxardo cherries with a hint of a favorite soda, which made for an incredibly difficult flavor profile to achieve. We sifted through cherry varietals of all different colors, iterated dozens of times, and still found ourselves wanting more depth and complexity. Once we layered in more dark notes – voila! A star was born.
