Strawberry Cardamom Lassi
Yummy and indulgent, this good-for-you yogurt-based smoothie comes to life with our Strawberry and citrusy cardamom.


One Serving
6 oz Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water
2 oz Yogurt or Kefir
1/2 tsp Granulated Sweetener
1/8 tsp Ground Cardamom
Chopped Pistachio Nuts
Rose Petals – for an extra-colorful garnish


Batch (makes 4 servings)
2 cans Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water
1 cup Yogurt or Kefir
2 tsp Granulated Sweetener
1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
Chopped Pistachios
Rose Petals – for an extra-colorful garnish



In blender, add yogurt or kefir with cardamom, Waterloo Strawberry, and ice cubes. Pour over ice in a tall glass and top chopped pistachios and rose petals.


Mixologist Tips

For a cocktail, add 1 oz rum or vodka with an extra ice cube per serving before blending.
