Summer Straight-Up
We started development of our Mojito Mocktail with a full-flavored, fresh and slightly herbal mint – the perfect base to layer on the rest of our mocktail. We then selected key lime notes that added just the right amount of tartness and brightness and blended perfectly to bring out the nuances in our mint. After months of testing to add notes of subtle rum and sweetness, we had crafted an ultra-refreshing blend that captures the experience of sipping a freshly made Mojito in the summer sun – but without the alcohol.
