½ oz Passionfruit Purée
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
Peach Slice
Fresh Mint Sprig

Directions
In a cocktail shaker add fresh mint, passionfruit purée and lemon juice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with Waterloo Peach. Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.
