6 oz Waterloo Ginger Citrus Twist Sparkling Water
2 oz Green Juice
2 oz Coconut Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 pinch Sea Salt
Cucumber Slice
Fresh Herbs and/or Edible Flowers
In advance, place herbs and/or edible flowers in an ice tray, fill with water and freeze. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar with lid, add ice, green juice, coconut water, lemon juice and sea salt if desired. Shake well to mix and dissolve salt. In a tall glass, add a handful of ice and green juice mixture then pour in Waterloo Ginger Citrus Twist. Top with cucumber slice and ice cube with herbs and/or edible flowers.
For a hydrating cocktail, try adding 1-2 ounces of tequila or vodka to your shaker.
