4 oz Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water
1 oz Tomato Water
2 Fresh Basil Leaves

Tomato Water: In a blender, puree 2-3 medium sized tomatoes. Line a strainer with cheesecloth, place tomato puree in strainer and mix with a teaspoon of sea salt. Position strainer over a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight (do not squeeze). In the morning, you should have about a cup of tomato water.
For the cocktail version, add 1 ½ oz blanco tequila.
To sweeten it up, add a splash of simple syrup.
