Midsummer's Harvest

Get a cool refresher on the fruit you forgot was a fruit. This summer drink is sure to make a lasting impression. Add Waterloo Strawberry and sip different with this playful and bright recipe.

Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water
2 Large Strawberries
2 Fresh Basil Leaves
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 Sprig Basil

1 oz Tomato Water:

  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt


Tomato Water: In a blender, puree 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes. Line a strainer with cheesecloth, place tomato puree in strainer and mix with a teaspoon of sea salt. Position strainer over a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight (do not squeeze). In the morning, you should have about a cup of tomato water.

In a glass, muddle strawberries and basil. Add tomato water and simple syrup and add ice. Top with Waterloo Strawberry and stir well. Garnish with fresh basil sprig.

Add 1 1⁄2 oz Blanco Tequila
