Grape Infusion
6 oz Waterloo Grape Sparkling Water
2 oz Orange Juice (fresh squeezed, if you can)
Sprig of Rosemary
Oranges for Frozen Orange Rose Ice Cube
In advance to allow cubes to freeze, cut a half-orange into thin slices, curl the orange slices and place in a deep ice cube tray. Top with orange juice and freeze. Once the ice cubes are frozen, pour orange juice and then Waterloo Grape into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a frozen orange “rose” ice cube and a sprig of rosemary.
Add 1 oz of vodka or ½ oz orange liqueur.
