For Grape's Sake

What’s grape about this drink is that it berries the most amazing flavors in crisp, refreshing bubbles. Pour a Waterloo Grape and sip different with this juicy libation.

Waterloo Grape Sparkling Water
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Grape Juice
3 Blackberries
1 Blackberry (garnish)
1 Grape (garnish)

¼ oz Ginger Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Ginger (grated)


Ginger Syrup: In a pot, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add 1⁄2 cup of freshly grated ginger and let simmer for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool and strain pulp.

In a shaker, muddle blackberries and add lemon juice, ginger syrup, grape juice and ice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Top with Waterloo Grape and garnish with a blackberry and a grape.
