Waterloo x Chicago Red Stars Casey Krueger Mocktail Series


As the Official Sparkling Water of the Chicago Red Stars, we teamed up with defender Casey Krueger to tackle some refreshing post-match mocktails that feature favorite Waterloo flavors. In this five-part video series, we will reveal the fab recipes and the behind-the-scenes fun with Casey.

Blackberry Cucumber Collins

Spicy Watermelon Kick

For an extra kick of heat in your mocktail, check out our Spicy Watermelon Kick made with Waterloo Watermelon for just the right mix to spice up your chill-out time.


  • Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water
  • ¼ oz Agave
  • ¼ oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • Tajin Seasoning
  • 1 Jalapeno sliced
  • Lime wheel


Prep rim of glass with tajin seasoning. In a cocktail shaker combine three sliced jalapeno slivers, agave, lime Juice and orange juice with ice and shake. In a glass add sliced jalapeno slivers, fresh ice, pour in mixture, top with Waterloo Watermelon Sparkling Water and garnish with lime.

Ginger Citrus Pitch

To unwind after a match, Casey is one shake and a good slap away from a Ginger Citrus Pitch, the second in our series. With our Ginger Citrus Twist, it’s easy to create crisp, thirst-quenching mocktails with sophisticated flavor.


  • Waterloo Ginger Citrus Twist Sparkling Water
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1-2 Mint Leaves
  • Pineapple Wedge
  • Fresh Mint Spring


In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, slapped fresh mint leaf and pineapple juice. Shake well and pour over fresh ice. Top with Waterloo Ginger Citrus Twist Sparkling Water, garnish with a pineapple wedge and a fresh mint spring.

The Red Stars Signature mocktail features our fan-favorite and red-white-and-blue Summer BerrySee Casey create this bright and summery mocktail, developed in collaboration with the Red Stars. Easy to prep, the Red Star Signature is a winning choice after a match, whether playing or spectating.


  • Waterloo Summer Berry Sparkling Water
  • ¼ Lemon
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • 1 oz Lavender Syrup
  • Lemon Wheel
  • 1 Red Cherry

In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, lemon juice, grenadine and lavender syrup. Shake well and pour into a coupe glass. Top with Waterloo Summer Berry Sparkling Water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and one red cherry.
