Ingredients

One Serving

  • 5 oz Waterloo Peach Sparkling Water
  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Smoked Salt
  • Lime
  • Grapefruit Slice

Batch for 6 servings

  • 3 Cans Waterloo Peach Sparkling Water
  • 12 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • Smoked Salt
  • 2 Limes
  • Grapefruit Slice

One Serving: For a cocktail version, add 1 oz of tequila

Batch: For a cocktail version, add 6 oz of tequila.

Welcome guests and keep them circling back for this sweet-smoky showstopper. Waterloo Peach brings a juicy pop to the tart snap of grapefruit and a crave-worthy, lick of salty lime.

Directions

One Serving

  1. Zest a lime and mix equal parts zest and smoked salt to season a glass rim.
  2. Wet half of the glass edge by dipping in lime and water and then in the zest and smoked salt mixture to coat.
  3. Combine grapefruit juice and honey in the glass.
  4. Mix to dissolve honey.
  5. Add 1/8 tsp lime zest and smoked salt mix.
  6. Stir again to dissolve.
  7. Top with ice and 5 oz Peach Waterloo.

Batch

  1. Zest limes and mix equal parts zest and smoked salt to season a glass rim.
  2. Wet half the edge of your glasses by dipping in lime and water and then in the zest and smoked salt mixture to coat.
  3. Combine grapefruit juice and honey in the punch bowl or large pitcher.
  4. Mix to dissolve honey.
  5. Add 3/4 tsp lime zest and smoked salt mix.
  6. Stir again to dissolve.
  7. Top with Peach Waterloo and mix once more.
  8. Serve poured over ice in lime and salt rimmed glasses!
