Ingredients

  • 4 oz Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water
  • 1 oz Tomato Water
  • 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Fresh Basil Sprig

Mixologist Tip

For the cocktail version, add 1 ½ oz blanco tequila.

To sweeten it up, add a splash of simple syrup.

Directions

  1. Tomato Water: In a blender, puree 2-3 medium sized tomatoes.
  2. Line a strainer with cheesecloth, place tomato puree in strainer and mix with a teaspoon of sea salt.
  3. Position strainer over a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight (do not squeeze).
  4. In the morning, you should have about a cup of tomato water.
