Can of Waterloo Blackberry Lemonade next to a glass of sparkling water filled with berries and ice.

Ingredients

  • One Serving
  • 6 oz Waterloo Blackberry Lemonade Sparkling Water
  • 1/8 tsp Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 2 oz Chamomile Tea
  • Handful of Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries
  • Lemon Rind
  • Fresh Thyme Sprig
  • Batch
  • 2 cans Waterloo Blackberry Lemonade Sparkling Water
  • ½ tsp Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 1 cup Chamomile Tea
  • Handful of Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries
  • Lemon Rind
  • Fresh Thyme Sprig

Mixologist Tip

For a complex cocktail, add 1-2 oz gin or vodka in the shaker.

Wind down at the end of the day with this unexpected calming blend of chamomile tea, butterfly pea powder and our Blackberry Lemonade.

Directions

  1. Brew chamomile tea and allow to cool.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar with a lid, add chamomile tea and butterfly pea powder.
  3. Top with a handful of ice and shake well to mix and chill.
  4. In a medium-sized glass, pour tea and ice mixture and add Waterloo Blackberry Lemonade.
  5. Garnish with lemon rind, thyme sprig, and berries on top and on a cocktail skewer.
