Ingredients

  • 6 oz Waterloo Grape Sparkling Water
  • 2 oz Orange Juice (fresh squeezed, if you can)
  • Sprig of Rosemary
  • Oranges for Frozen Orange Rose Ice Cube

Mixologist Tip

Add 1 oz of vodka or ½ oz orange liqueur.

This dazzling, fresh take on the traditional mimosa is destined to be a new brunch favorite, featuring full-bodied Waterloo Grape with an artful flare of orange juice.

Directions

  1. In advance to allow cubes to freeze, cut a half-orange into thin slices, curl the orange slices and place in a deep ice cube tray.
  2. Top with orange juice and freeze.
  3. Once the ice cubes are frozen, pour orange juice and then Waterloo Grape into a stemmed glass.
  4. Garnish with a frozen orange “rose” ice cube and a sprig of rosemary.
