Apple Pie Sour

• 8 oz Waterloo Coconut Lime Cooler Sparkling Water
• 10 Mint Leaves
• 1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
• Fresh Lime
• Coconut Slice
• Edible Flowers
In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Fill glass with ice, then add Waterloo Coconut Lime Cooler.
Garnish detail: Top with lime peel shaped into a rose along with a slice of coconut. For an unexpected pop of color add edible flowers to your ice cubes!
To spike it, add 1 oz white rum.
