Premium Luxardo cherries with a hint of a favorite soda. The inspiration for our Black Cherry recipe made for an incredibly difficult flavor profile to achieve. We sifted through cherry varietals of all different colors, iterated dozens of times, and still found ourselves wanting more depth and complexity. We layered in more dark notes and – voila! A star is born.
