A refreshing Raspberry Nectarine drink with whipped cream, served alongside a can of Waterloo sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine Sparkling Water
  • ½ cup frozen Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine Sparkling Water ice cubes
  • 10-12 frozen blackberries
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream
  • Garnish: Blackberry, Raspberry, and Pineapple Frond

Mixologist Tip

To make a happy hour cocktail, pour 1 oz vodka and an additional ½ cup Waterloo ice cubes before blending.

For a sweeter touch add ¼ tsp sweetener.

Directions

  1. In advance, fill an ice cube tray with Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine and freeze.
  2. Blend vanilla extract, frozen blackberries, cold Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine, and ice cubes made with Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and top with a floater of Raspberry Nectarine Waterloo and a dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Garnish detail: Arrange blackberry, raspberry, and pineapple frond on top of whipped cream dollop.
