When Cranberry and chai tea get together, it’s like old college buddies reuniting for a good time. This versatile, delicately spiced seasonal recipe is equal parts aromatic and awesome.



Waterloo Cranberry Sparkling Water
1 ½ oz Chai Tea
½ oz Almond Milk
Shaved Dark Chocolate


In a mixing tin add chai tea and almond milk. Add ice and give it a quick shake to produce a light foam. Strain over fresh ice and top with Waterloo Cranberry. Garnish with shaved milk chocolate.

Mixologist Tips

  • To make it stronger, add 1 ½ oz light rum.
  • For some sweetness, add splash of simple syrup or orgeat almond syrup.

4 cans Waterloo Cranberry Sparkling Water
4 ½ cups Chai Tea
1 ½ cups Almond Milk
Shaved Dark Chocolate

Batch Directions

In a large beverage dispenser or punch bowl, add all ingredients and stir very well. Pour one portion in a glass with fresh ice and garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
